Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable only for the service or dollar amount specified at the time of purchase. After 12 months, any remaining value converts to the original monetary amount paid and may be applied toward a service of equal value. Service-based gift certificates cannot be divided into multiple visits or split into shorter sessions.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are not valid with other promotions or discounts. If the total cost of services exceeds the certificate value, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service. Gratuity is not included.
Please treat your gift certificate like cash. If it is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 562-434-5100. At our discretion, we may cancel the original certificate and issue a replacement for any remaining balance. Dee Dee Thai Spa SM is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Dee Dee Thai Spa SM reserves the right to convert service-based certificates to their original monetary value, to refuse service, or to reverse a gift certificate purchase and refund the purchaser at its discretion. Acceptance or use of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms.
